If 357jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under twenty-one (21) years of age, 357jl will immediately suspend the associated account, delete or suppress the collected data to the extent not required for regulatory reporting of the incident, and return any deposited funds through the original payment channel following identity verification of the lawful account owner.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or how 357jl processes your personal data, we will notify you via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number no fewer than fourteen (14) days before the amended Policy takes effect.
