In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and age verification obligations, 357jl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification: Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or other PAGCOR-accepted identification document.
• Selfie verification: A current photograph of you holding your identification document, confirming that the account holder and the document owner are the same person.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 357jl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the platform.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, collusive betting in live casino, or coordinated bonus exploitation.

357jl employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all accounts and transactions. Detection of any prohibited conduct will be acted upon without prior warning. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, permanently forfeited.

Your use of the 357jl platform does not grant you any ownership interest in any content or intellectual property on the platform. 357jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable law.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Regulatory instruction or direction from PAGCOR or any applicable Philippine authority.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 357jl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, account balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Where account closure is due to player self-exclusion or voluntary closure in good standing, all verified remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal channel within a reasonable period not exceeding seven (7) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the governing regulatory authority over licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines. The decisions of PAGCOR in matters within its regulatory jurisdiction are binding on both 357jl and the player. Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.

357jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, 357jl will provide reasonable notice via registered mobile number or platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, or updates required by regulatory change — may take effect immediately upon publication on the 357jl.club platform without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 357jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your 357jl account by contacting support before the amendment takes effect.
